4th of July is right around the corner. One thing I LOVE to do is take pictures of my kids with the American Flag. I love to put these pictures all over my house when I'm decorating for the 4th. So I thought this would be a good time for a favorite photo find.
Some of you that know me, know that I along with my family and several, several members of my extended family have a deep love for Bainbridge Island, Washington. Our Heritage is there, along with a summer home that all of us have grown up visiting and creating timeless memories at. On the way to our home there, or as we all call it, Grandma's, there is this beautiful road that I always love to take pictures of and take my kid's pictures on it.
the last time we were there, I grabbed Ava, put her in her red, white and blue, grabbed the flag and did a little photo shoot. I'm so glad I did, because these pictures are ones that I just cherish. I looked for the best spot to find some good natural light on the road, plopped Aves down, gave her the flag and here's some more of what I captured during our shoot.
I love this one where she is just trying to figure out this fun, colorful object I gave her...
Well I hope I've inspired you to get some fun flag pictures taken. I have some more flag shots that I've taken in the past that are also my favs and I'll share those with you too. I'll leave you with this last one that I think is just sweet and simple.
Have a wonderful day. To keep you updated, the Chicken run is 99.9% done! Yippie! I have just a couple things I want to do to it and then I'll share with you how it turned out.
With Much Love & Gratitude,
