The Grass is made using a simple Kitchen tool...
A Garlic Press!
1. Bake your cupcakes 2. Make the frosting ( I made mine a little bit stiffer than usual to hold the shape better). 3. Add green food coloring. 4. place small amount of frosting in garlic press and press onto the cupcakes. 5. Top with jelly beans!
